My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was a bit small but sufficient for one person. While it seemed like it had been recently redecorated, there were some issues like exposed wires and a dirty shower head. The location, however, was convenient to the town center, although my view was of a neighboring roof rather than a lake.

I had a love/hate experience at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with cups and tea, but unfortunately located near a noisy old elevator, making for a restless night with street noise coming in through the open windows. The hotel felt a bit cramped compared to others in Patagonia.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, just minutes away from the main plaza and all the action. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they seemed to have been recently renovated. However, they were uncomfortably hot, and opening the windows only let in the noisy street sounds. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, but the lack of English proficiency was noticeable. The dining options were disappointing, with subpar food quality and taste. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and some drawbacks.
